Accepted Payments

We allow our customers a time frame of 11 days upon receiving the product* to request for a return, exchange or refund. Kindly do proceed to product conditions.

Product must be in its unused original form with its plastic attached to it & box to be eligible for a full refund, exchange or return.

Product that has already being in use, kindly do proceed to contact us on reasons for refund, exchange or return. Do note that product that has already being used or protective plastic removed might not be eligible for refund, exchange or return. We will do our best to reach a amicable outcome.

Cost incurred for delivery return items through post will be at the expense of the customers.

Flat fee of $3 for product pick up at any location in Singapore (local only) will be at the expense of the customers.
